Integrated production: Shining Packaging provides a one-stop manufacturing solution from design through delivery. Our engineers create CAD designs and custom molds, then handle all stages: metal blanking, deep drawing/rolling, seam welding, and painting/printing. After forming, each tin is printed (offset or digital), then finished (varnish or clear coat) in-house.
Automated capacity: Our factories use advanced automated lines for high-volume runs. For example, facilities typically run 110+ automatic stamping presses, multiple automated cutting machines and forming lines. (One Chinese tin supplier lists capacity of 2,000,000+ tins per month with 110 stamping and 6 production lines.) This scale allows us to meet large seasonal or promotional demands on schedule.
Quality control: Every tin undergoes strict inspection. We perform 100% quality checks (including seam checks and leak tests) to ensure airtight, defect-free cans. Our quality inspectors verify dimensions, coating adhesion and print accuracy on each batch. Only tins that pass these checks are shipped.
