Size and Volume

Our aluminum beer bottle series comes in several popular sizes: 300ml (10oz), 330ml (11oz), 473ml (16oz), 500ml, and 1000ml (33oz).

We offer three bottle shapes: round shoulder, bullet shoulder, and long neck shoulder. You can customize the height between 180mm and 260mm. The diameter can be 53mm, 59mm, 66mm, or 80mm to match different volume needs.

Bottle and Cap

Our aluminum beer bottles have two cap options: a standard 26.6mm opening that works with universal 26.6mm crown caps, or a custom 38/42mm opening that pairs with our special pull-tab caps.

Both the bottles and caps pass strict compatibility tests and meet food-grade standards.

Printing and Finish

We use advanced 8-9 color offset printing for vibrant designs. The bottles are coated with glossy or matte food-grade varnish.

This protective coating makes the printing more vivid and durable while ensuring the bottles meet strict food safety standards to guarantee your product quality.

Inner Coating

The inside of our aluminum beer bottles is lined with a clear, food-grade coating. This coating has been thoroughly tested and passes both U.S. FDA and European LFGB standards.

We primarily use trusted global brands like PPG and Valspar for our inner and outer coatings. You can also choose your preferred coating brand and type to meet your specific needs.

Cap and Filling

Our 26.6mm opening bottles can be filled and capped using standard beer bottling equipment. For the 38/42mm bottles, you may need custom capping equipment. We can recommend reliable manufacturers of fully automated filling and capping machines.

If you choose our aluminum bottles with plastic ROPP caps, they should work with your current equipment. However, if you opt for aluminum caps, you may need a special capping machine. We can also recommend filling plants in your country.

Yes, absolutely. Our bottles pass food-grade tests from the U.S. FDA and European LFGB. With 25 years of experience, we know how to make bottles safe for beverages and ensure the inner coating works well with your product.
Our bottles are 100% leak-proof. We test the caps and vacuum seal during production, as well as the torque needed to open them. For carbonated drinks, we perform pressure tests up to 4-5 bar (0.4-0.5 MPa). They won’t leak, even during transport or in high temperatures.
High-alcohol products usually don’t need sterilization. If you require heat sterilization, our bottles can handle temperatures below 100°C, including pasteurization, hot filling, or spray sterilization. They cannot withstand high-pressure sterilization above 100°C.
The 20,000-bottle minimum is for one bottle type and one design. We don’t charge a printing plate fee for aluminum bottle offset printing.
Yes, we offer CMYK 4-color printing on caps, but the minimum order for printed caps is 50,000.
Yes, we have our own mold workshop and can create custom bottle shapes. You’ll need to cover the mold cost, but it can be refunded once your total order reaches a certain quantity.
An aluminum ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof) cap is a metal cap that seals tightly by rolling onto the bottle’s neck. Once opened, it cannot be resealed as it was, providing tamper-proof protection. It’s commonly used for alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and food packaging.
Yes, our bottles have an inner coating that can safely hold spirits up to 52% alcohol.

Our bottles have a wall thickness of 0.35–0.55 mm, making them sturdy and resistant to damage during transport or use. Unlike thinner bottles (around 0.2 mm), ours don’t dent easily and don’t require nitrogen or other gases to maintain internal pressure during filling.

Plastic ROPP caps offer slightly better sealing and can be reused, but they’re less eco-friendly. Aluminum ROPP caps are not reusable but can be fully recycled with the bottle. Plastic caps work with standard filling lines, while aluminum caps may require a specialized capping machine.
No, our aluminum bottles are highly resistant to rust and corrosion, even in humid environments. Aluminum naturally forms a protective layer that prevents rust, ensuring long-lasting durability.
