With a 25.4 mm aperture, it is widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and household goods for its lightweight, corrosion-resistant properties.

Our aluminum aerosol cans are tested for:

  • Deformation Pressure: Minimum 1.2 MPa (standard) or 1.8 MPa (high-pressure) to ensure structural integrity.
  • Burst Pressure: Minimum 1.4 MPa (standard) or 2.1 MPa (high-pressure) for safety. Higher pressures can be customized as needed.

  • Can Mouth Inner Diameter: 25.40 mm ± 0.10 mm

    These ensure compatibility with standard filling, sealing, and valve systems.

Coatings undergo:

  • Adhesion Test: A 1 mm grid is cut, and adhesive tape (e.g., 3M 610) is applied and removed; coatings must remain intact.
  • Hardness Test: External coatings achieve ≥2H hardness to resist scratches.
  • Heat Resistance Test: Cans are submerged in 55°C water for 15 minutes without peeling or wrinkling.
  • Curing Test: Coatings withstand 20 solvent-soaked cloth rubs without damage.
